Ride for Mental Illness Awareness

It is estimated that 1 in 5 people will develop some kind of Mental Illness at some point in their lives. This could be a mate, parent, child, a loved one or you.
This is an often unspoken illness so come along, join the ride and be a part of raising awareness of Mental Illness.
WHEN: Sunday 11th August 2013
WHERE: Starting at McDonalds Albion Park Rail, participants will arrive at 8.00 am for registration. Departing at 9.30 a.m. riding to North Nowra Tavern BBQ Area for a BBQ lunch and then will ride to Kevin Walsh oval, Jamberoo at approximately 2pm for a family fun afternoon. Families are invited to Jamberoo from 10.30 in the day for activities, including BBQ, jumping castles, face paintings and other attractions. There will be a auction in the afternoon …so look out for some great bargains
